ok well ultimate fight is almost over going to the finals and shit the show was on point it started out with some weak ass fight then it started getting better and rashad is a beast i think he might take it and win the contract what are yall views on the show and mma in generall

also about me and mma well workin on loosing weight got serious about it lost some pounds was 204 now 194 i am at like 34.4% body fat trying to get down to 15% body fat so to help me get down more i am going to join my high school wrestling team talked to the coach and he said its cool they need a fighter my size any way and also this will give me a heads up when i start taking bjj classes to.

Ya Rashad is a Good Fighter But Its a Shame he got No Knock Out Power , I think He'll win too he's proved everyone wrong so far so I aint gonna go against him now, but I think he wont be a Big Threat in MMA until he polishes his skills a bit more

Btw X-squiz you should take some Boxing and Muay Thai Classes too then you'll be Lethal

yea i might take boxing we don't have muay thai here but we do have kick boxing, but yea i been on that site for a minuet my name in marine give me a shout,

Yeah, this season finaly got better. At first it was wack as shit! There is going to be some real good matchup's Saturday.. As far as the Diego v. Diaz fight, I'm going to go with Diego. He is a fuckin killer! As far as who will be the Ultimate fighter? I would say for the welterwights that Luke will take it. He needs to keep it standing though. Joe's got some sick ground game. For the Heavyweights I will go with Rashad. Can't wait for

ok wow that was a good finally man wow shit man rashad and brad that was a amazing fight it was very close but i am glad rashad won and if he drops down i think he is going to dominate its gonna be crazy but i still give brad some cuddos man he fought good and he has only been fighting for only a year damn a repeat of the stepen bonner fight

Yep Wickedddddddddd Fuckin Card lol my bloods still Pumpin from watchin all the Fights The Sanchez Vs Diaz fight let me down i was hopin for more but I give Diego Props and He will not be Doubted anymore by me Only Until he FIghts George St Pierre and gets his Head Ripped off

And Fuck Nuff Props too Rashad He got fuckin Balls he Steped up each and everytime and Progressively Got better each fight I Couldint sit down most of that fight it was so intense
