Go find me a working customer service number (24 hours mind you ...or ANY hours for that matter) that will help you with their f'd up crappy machines and I'll slap you on the back and buy you a beer.

Now more than once here and other spots I have bitched about the fact that my machine gets quirky when it comes to the whole 16 levels thing, additionally it HATES pad 13 and blames 14-16 on it lots of times by making all just repeat whatever would be on 13..
How many times have I bitched abiout this??
when it brain farts I can literally just hold down the repeat button and it will just repeat whatever is on pad 13 ( I dont put anything there EVER as a result).
BUT when it gets in that mode frequently it will just not allow me to enter or get out of 16 level mode . Do you KNOW how maddening this is?
SO what do I do tonight(because its been a crappy day)? I go to the website...
Completely unhelpful, THEN I look for a number, LOLOLOLOLOL, what was I thinking ?
That would require operators that have actual knowledge of the product available during the day.... WOW too much to ask for when you make crap you know is going to break.
THEN I find a number they want you to leave an email of the problem and they will get back to you in 5-7 DAYS?????????
I think the groove I was in is gonna be a little gone by then YA THINK???
I bought this bitch back in 05-06 and I have LOVED it when it works, but this crap is hell.
They want you to literally buy parts and do it yourself I inagine, or pay some ass that is gonna take a month to do something that could take 5 minutes I am sure.

Hell even Logic which will make you pay prolly up to 3 grand to fix a fuckin problem has cats sitting around to help.
btw fuck mpc forums I have more than once posted this problem and searched for an answer over there and it aint happening....
I have no idea if this is an OS prob fixed by buying the completely not official and prob much more complicated JJ OS or just a fuckin sensor prob...
