Adobe Audition CS6...

thoughts?

Does anyone have it?

Could I really effectively timestrech with this?

I really don't want to continue using FL Studio to get a dope time stretch....

Plus doing in PT takes up a shitload of space...

I haven't tried it but you do know that Edison and SliceX come in standalone right? Also, AACS6 doesn't have MIDI so you won't be able to use a controller with it (that may or may not matter with you, I don't know!?!?). At a glance it looks like a really good program for serious audio editing though.

You know, you could always course pitch your sample, which is also changing the time. Then counter pitch shift with a plugin, preserving the (new) timing.

Well... I want to effectively time stretch with control over pitch, a la FL Studio...

I just wish NI would come out with one just like FL studio, already....

^^ yeah, you can stretch the time, but you can only stretch on a percentage base....

I was looking more towards stretching to match a tempo....

Thanks for the feedback.....

I'm not completely sold on audition, after using the demo....
