Ableton Live Light

So I got Ableton Live Light with a Keyboard, never used it before. Does anyone here use it along side FL or Reason? where does it fit in with your work flow?

Is it work keeping?

I use abelton for arranging and recording live parts. I start the composition in reason, then rewire it to abelton to record guitar, scratchs and so on. Then I export the recorded parts out and make them rex files and dump them back in to reason, or I export my reason parts and dump them in to ableton. I love abelton.

Sounds like a good work flow. Might install it tomorrow, see how I get on.
