Ableton Live 7 Show Me The Light!!!

So I just got a copy of live 7 and Im lost completely and not understanding the power of Live 7.Help ya boi out on this lol! I need a run down of the program.For instance Warping, what the hell is that and how do I apply that to my productions? Im doing a lot of progressive pop & r&b tracks so thats my style, give me the downlow on this program in simple terms.Whats so great about this program? I've come across many reviews and they all have been great.So is the a great program for production or not?

c sign. abetizzy is the ish. all day. basically warping is a term used to describe the time shifting of an audio sample to the bpm of your project. put very simply. however in ableton you can actually manipulate the groove of an audio sample through warping. which is why they didnt just call it 'time stretching'' or whatever. there are countless videos on youtube that show you how easy this is to master. im sure there are even tutorial videos somwhere on you computer that were installed along with your copy of ableton. the best way to realise abletons potential is to sit on it and experiment. anyway... let me know how it goes.
