2pac and biggie - running (produced by eminem)

I heard the track the other day on the radio it wasn't a song or should I say beat that Niggie should have or would have been on the beat fit pacs vocals well but the beat sounded a lot like patiently waiting with a vocal sample...It wasn't impressive at all

The local radio station here has a beat battle contest and 2pac & biggies joint vs. DMX was the highlght. DMX won 5 votes to 2. I thought the lyrics were good from both pac & biggie but once again, I felt like I was listening to a re-vamped Dr. Dre or Em song with pac and biggies lyrics on it. I thought the production could have used a bit more thought behind it. If I was gonna do the beat, I think I would have...

1. come with something that fit BOTH rappers, maybe like a WEST coast style beat for pac that broke down into a EAST coast style beat for biggie.

2. the beat would have been alot more original as far as not sounding like an old re-make.

Overall, I think the song is jusk OK. It's not something that I would run to the phone and tell all my peeps to hurry and go buy it.

The beat is dope! But then again, nothing special and not too difficult to make. Oh yeah and someone needs to make a stand concerning all of these "new" biggie and pac songs. It is getting way out of hand. Iam talk in like someone in the rap game who is charismatic and has a reputation (and no NOT puffy, he is the one who started this bullshit). Can i get an amen? get at meh!

I wouldn't blame puff or afaney shakur..I'd blame daz and suge knight....To blame puffy for this is because you personaly don't like puff...Puff only made 1 Big album after Big died..How many tupac albums and songs were made after his death so to say puff started it is other than the truth and you should do your hip hop history homework because for somone to say somthing like that means that they don't know much....And i feel that beat is far from dope..it's not Wack but I've heard a lot better beats here in the showcases of past..

I wouldn't blame his moms because after 100 makavelli albums and another album released by death row she didn't see any money off of that..if anyone should make money off of pac it should be her
