2 way radio effect

I have some vocals that i want to give the effect that someone is having a conversation through a 2 way radio(the one the army uses). Does anyone know where i can get this effect?

There should be an eq preset then. Maybe I'm wrong but I know logic has an eq preset for that.. Otherwise, use your eq and take out the low completle the highs completely and mess with the ones in between. It's hard for me to explain doing it in protools (never used it) but I'm sure they have an eq in there..
