and the sampling is simple just chop each part and load em up into redrum for a quick and easy way to use the samples.

I think that is the correct link. If you go to the forums at propellerheads and search they will give instructions on how to set it up. You can actually have a lot. That is what the giant patch bay at the top is for. All the 'channel' buttons can control different MIDI devices.
It can be set up through Preferences-->MIDI--> And then you change to multiple MIDI devices.
