2 Good music conferences coming up in Atlanta!

One on the September 19th put on by the "New" Source magazine and the the other is a spin off of Jack the Rapper going down Oct. 12-14 called Jack the Juice. Anybody interested in having there music promoted at either of these events holla at me. Get it to me and I'll put it along side mine. I have a booth for the Jack the Juice joint in Oct. Just an offer..take it or leave it! Trying to show IllMuzik some love!

The source joint wants to reach back out to the Independent labels and artists to find out exactly who they are and highlight them in upcoming issuses, shares Jeremy Miller, Source Magazine President". The kind of shit they use to do that made them big in Hip Hop.

Any venue that helps you promote your shit is worth looking into.

Lmbao! Dudes are getting way too damn lazy in the game. I offer you something "free" that's happening in my city and you then want me to post every little detail? Come on man....get real. You got the names of the events and the dates. What more do you need...you're already on the internet if you're reading this shit right? How hard is it to type a few words in a search engine and get the detailed info. for yourself. I was just putting it out there. I'm not about to post 10 pages of detailed info.....u gotta be kiddin' me!

If you've ever been to a music conference in your life you know what they're all about (Networking and promotion). Anybody that's participated in one knows so they don't need every little detail. I'm not putting either event on, I'm just letting peeps know that they're coming.

Enough explanations...If u don't know what goes on at a music conference then you obviously aren't at the level where you need to be promoting your music anyway so look past the thread! Thank u very much.

Since Im just up the rud a piece I might actually head down there!

Music conferences(are generally a rip off) but are fun to go network at..
There are lectures by diff people in the industry on say the state of the industry and how to distrubute your music and different topics..
Additionally there are shows and what not..
And lots of partying!

cool, i appreciete the info. I have never heard that there were such things as music conferences, star trek conventions sure but not in hiphop. an yeah, i'm not that good at makin music i just love makin it. wish the best to you and anyone who goes or is promoting
