Hiss in my vocal recordings
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the hiss and hum sound in vocal recordings. I know that you can EQ and lower the frequencies with the hiss but you kind of lose all the frequencies in the track. Is there any software or any other way to do this BTW i am using a condenser mic... -

Dunno if this happens to anyone else, but you ever noticed when working with MC's....
It does happen alot thats usually because every1 is different. You may make a beat thats not your steez but to someone else its their style and fits them perfectly. -

Moving from sample base to composing
This is something i have been doing for the last year is switching. I still do both but I recommend you take piano lessons and get books on chords and piano theory. Also use dope sounds and instruments. -

What do you focus on when making drums?
I basically spend alot of time digging for breaks and chopping up drum sounds. Then I spend time layering them and seeing what sounds the best with the melody.
