Can u play a real instrument?
San Francisco Conservatory of Music studying piano and music theory for a good 7 years, that stuff was intense but not really necessary. was mostly sight reading, expression, terms, scales, progressions, performances, but not too much soul and improvisation which is why i stopped. messed with... -

at this stage, i'm just really selfish with making music. it's artistic creation, and if i were to think of someone else, i'd be somewhat sacrificing a bit of my freedom as an "artist". just how i see, but then again i'm a novice lol -

isolating vocal samples
hey guys. yeah, so basically i'm messing around with alot of vocal samples lately, and the drums always seem to get in the way of the vocals, and i'm unsure how to either turn down the bassline/drums or bring out the vocals somehow. i'm using nnxt. thanks. -
taking criticism from "lesser" artists/producers
it's like discussing sports and a favorite team, we can't really say shit because we're nowhere near as accomplished, but we're observant enough to know what their strengths and weaknesses are. that's how i see criticism, it's all fair play, except when you know that they're complete garbage lol.- manguino
