Made a little video
I made a little video just to show what my FL looks like.. I usually have on channel that plays all the tracks, then from there i put each sound on a separate channel. My step sequencer goes as follows: Drums at the top, intstruments in the middle (highs at the top, lows at the bottom)... -

fl 7 problem
when i drag and drop some sounds..only some sounds to a channel on the step sequencer, it plays back really high pitched, but when i click on the actual .wav image in the channel setting, it sounds fine.. what the heck?! ---EDIT---- nevermind, i fixed it. -
weird step sequencer problem
my step sequencer is weird. it won't let me move notes side to side, only up and down. and when i'm using the pencil, i can adjust the length of the note when holding down the mouse button. HELP! -

if you have a keyboard such as a motif or fantom, can you only use the GM sounds on the computer if you're only connected through midi? -

sonar 6 vids

stupid sampling question
i used fl studio for quite some time, and i'm looking to start using sonar for making the entire beat. so, i have no idea how to sample in it. is there any specific method? how would you go about choppping samples? is there any specific plugins you could use? sorry for the stupidity. -

i just had a thought. if you wanted that tube sound that the triton has, but you want it for other keyboards, couldn't you just use a tube preamp? that would solve all problems. and i'm sure that they just stick a tube in the keyboard. i dunno. am i crazy? -
