I wanted to try something different, so this is a bit of a homage to my OG "DJ" days, aka when I was first starting to mess around with music at 10 years old by rearranging premade loops. I had no idea what mixing was or really much of anything then, I just liked rearranging the sounds I had. So... -
Piano + Heavy Metal Guitar??!!
I originally had 808 layered with the drum every bar, but it wasn't really coming through properly. So I tried filling out the drums and leveraging the natural lows of the piano/guitar (plus the deep real snare). Let me know what you think, welcome any and all feedback!
