sampling tips
OK,,,,I think to be a good sampler, u need to have a very objective and open ear. Dont limit yourself to what u think needs to work for a specific track, instead sample anything that u find interesting and find a home for it later....As far as making a sample fit a beat, thats all about... -

Yeah, i used to do it like that too Holmz....Im a little better with it nowadays, i think just becuase i always use my keyboard versus back in the day when i just penciled everything in in reason.....I still need to actually practice on a regular basis though becuase the only time i really play... -

Yo first u should re-browse the pdf that came with the card cuz i did the same thing till i read it.....Its all in there,....You just have to create a channel strip for the audio coming in....Thats my educated guess on what the problem is, tho if u need a accurate and quick solution, i would... -

Musical Backgrounds
Word. I grew up playing guitar, took nylon lessons when i was like 10, then i bought my own steel string, played that for about 8 more years, always wanted a drum set more though...Eventually got board of not finding anybody to play music with so i started to look into other activites....Later...- Shonsteez
