You basically gotta dead the upper-end frequencies and then depending on the sound of the kick already, boost the low end, say around 60k usually...but it all depends on the sound. What u have to do is scan with yer EQ through the different bandwidths (while yer kick is soloed and plays... -

Their good but i agree with NN, you really have to read up on how, what, and when to use the appropriate FX or else your chain soon becomes a "destructive one" versus a non-destructive/constructive one instead.....I know this from experience after time and time fiddling with those things before... -

Dam, it shouldnt be that hard tho.... Heres what u do: After u got reason open and yer NNXT is ready, go ahead and expand the sampler so that u can see everything (u kno that little triangle in the top left of the sampler???)...Afterwards, click on the little icon that has a "folder" on it...
