Hope it's okay to leave some feedback. I put it in a spoiler so that it hopefully doesn't influence anyone before voting.

Checked out DT-400 (because it was the first one that started playing). It starts really slow and if I were to use it for a song, I'd be worried it wouldn't grab people's attention early enough to keep listening. That said, starting at around 0:30 it's really good for rapping. The switch-up at...

Super cheerful, I love that! I think it's not meant as a rap beat though, so it's hard for me to leave more feedback. I tried freestyling on it anyway and the super prominent rhythm made it really hard to do so. That said, great instrumental and, again, I love how cheerful it is!

Great beat! It's really simple and basically gets out of the way so that I can kill that freestyle. I don't feel confined or pressured into any direction, so the "free" in "freestyle" stays true to its meaning. The sax was also really cool and unique. I don't see that often in hip hop beats, so...

Assuming it's a rap beat this time. The drums make it really easy to rap/freestyle to this and I like the chill vibe. Overall, I think it's really balanced and a cool track. That said, I think that the beat is a bit crowded for a rapper on top because of the "wobbly" sounds in the low end...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

That's great. Congrats on those sales! And I do agree with your points about appearing more legit when you have more followers. To be honest, that's how I still listen to music most of the time. If artists only release singles, there's a chance I'll never listen to them because I have no...

Pretty chill. Is it supposed to be more of a relax/study type beat or an actual rap beat? For a rap beat, the drums could have been a bit harder/louder for my taste and I gotta say that the track was too fast for me to comfortably freestyle to it. For a background music type beat, it was...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

Interesting! Thanks a lot for sharing and congrats on the great follower numbers! :) How do followers convert into beat sales for you? Have the increased follower counts helped with that yet? I'd say platforms like YouTube or SoundCloud are really helpful when talking to these artists, too...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

I think that's totally fine. You can post an excerpt, too. When people post their beats to Instagram, they have no other choice than to do this because IG limits videos to 60 seconds. Still lots of people selling beats through Instagram posts. In my opinion it depends on how you "consume" it...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

Yes, you could post the two versions on separate channels on YouTube, for example. I really like that idea! :) Or here's what a friend of mine did: Beat on YouTube: Link Producers' cut / standalone track on SoundCloud: Link P.S. Does BeatStars place so much value on posting daily? Have you...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

To be honest, I think that it doesn't really matter what you post first. Just start somewhere. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just putting yourself out there will open up new opportunities that you hadn't even thought of. So I'd say pick a platform you like (YouTube, SoundCloud, BeatStars...

Good job. (y) That melody is pretty neat and the reverb sounds really good on it. Like REALLY good. That was the first thing I noticed. I also thought that the mix was awesome during the intro. When the chords get stronger around 0:27, I feel like they're clashing with the melody, though...

What are some of your biggest pains in the butt at the moment regarding beat making?

I feel like it's a really underrated thing, though. A few weeks ago, I referred a rapper to a producer friend of mine and the rapper picked the one beat that neither the producer nor me really liked. What was different from the other ones? It had almost no instruments, was super minimalist and...
