Yea, Restart. Start windows in Safe mode pressing F8 during start up so the option comes up. Then delete it into the trash bin. Then empty the bin. Should work. If not you may have a trojan or malware. (doubt it though) -

Take it, so what if you have to give up your beats made in that studio, If you are getting the studio time and are allowed access to all the equipment and connections why not?. As long as you get production credit it will be worth it. This could be an opportunity to land a paying position. Also... -
