Maschine 1.6 has changed my life!

unfortunately not possible yet. what you can do is save the plug as is, as a module preset, then you'll have it in the browser in the new module menu. not only selected presets but also midi assignments. i love how you can control preset parameters with the knobs now. another function is "set to...

    Maschine not exporting??

that was about the public beta, not the official version. in the end it's what sucio said: if you have the money, you can buy it, and you won't regret it. what's most convincing about maschine is the fun factor and how fast you can come up with something loopable. but i won't tell you you...

    Maschine not exporting??

compared to an mv or mpc, stuff can seem half-baked. but it's not, you just can't compare a stand-alone device such as a hardware sampler to a computer software, especially not audio software, where there's many interface compatabilities to maintain. issues is the price for the flexibility. but...

    Maschine not exporting??

since vst support, mixing in maschine is really an option. but you should try the routing thing. i ususally start off with making a beat in maschine stand-alone. when there's only few vsts involved, it stays there, when it gets vst-heavy, i open the session in cubase and route groups/sounds to...

    Maschine not exporting??

if you want to export the whole track as arranged in maschine, you have to go with output master and loop range region. but you could also load the maschine session in pt and route your groups/sounds to mixer channels...

    Maschine, ok ya

wouldn't take it on stage, but i've been using it for a month now and there wasn't more than the occasional crash on vst overload. in a daw it's still a bit buggy, but stand-alone is quite stable.

    Maschine, ok ya

man, fuck equipment wars. i'd make fat beats with ms paint. however biatches, public beta is out. vsts in maschine and pad link groups for layering. also there's an option for creating new patterns on scene duplicate now, which made loop progressions a whole lot easier... more info here...

    VST plug-ins for Mac

So I got myself a Macbook after 15 years of being a windows user. now I need some VST plug-ins, cause I need to use them in both Maschine and in Cubase. Something comparable to PSP vintage warmer would be nice. a nice eq and a good compressor would be good too. oh and almost forgot: i'm cheap...

    Drum programming tips

definitely accelarates stuff. plus it was always a pain to "program" grooves. now it takes me minutes to come up with a decent drum loop (now aiming at seconds^^) btw: i too liked the original quote better
