batch-merge audio data?
anyone know if there's a program to mark audio with an audio tag for beats to not get jacked? i mean, i can do it with an audio editor and even build a macro, but anyone stumbled across a dedicated tool? thx and 1 mono -

There are no shortcuts to a good mix or mastered sound. You can make anything sound impressive with Ozone, but it does not auto-balance and clean up your mix for you. For example when using the stereo delay thingy, it will sound cool compared to not using it, but it will most certainly backfire... -

iron keys - with the right eqing/compression this will be tight. sounds good already. just ripe - nice slurry sound, i like the muddieness of this. i think the part outside of the hook sounds a bit boring, this could be different with a rapper on it though. the hook is great, i'd use it more...- mono

I'm very sure this is controller only. otherwise they could have just written a software controllable by the usb mpcs / mpds / mpks. plus they want a share of maschine's market, which is why they need to make this piece settle somewhere in the price range of maschine or not too far away. and... -

sure, but if they put more effort in workflow and usability, im ok with that. perfect example would be serato or ableton live. both quite ugly guis, but solid software and easy to use. -

i dont care about the ui's look, as long as it does what it should. looks like akai were listening carefully to what maschine users were complaining about, with plugin latency compensation, mp3 support and stuff... just give it a clever song arrangement mode with the ability to record...
