Don't Sleep on GarageBand (or its Sampler) In iOS

Boom, yea you should use iCloud over google drive in this situation. Icloud is already doing the work and is built for this. No need to get google involved. But sounds like you got it going anyway!

Don't Sleep on GarageBand (or its Sampler) In iOS

It doesn’t sound like you are airdropping the actual project. Maybe you are just airdropping the mix? Like a .wav .au. .mp3 file. Apple Music can NOT open garage band project files. If you have iCloud enabled then it should sync everything and there should be no need for airdrop. And @crog85...

Played an outdoor sold out show this weekend. It was awesome

Oh for sure, it’s cool to hear that many people sing along. In fact we made them sing one song completely and we didn’t say a word. It was amazing. But I legit got some form of heat stroke and my brain got foggy a few time and certainly missed a note or two. We do play over 50 songs so it’s a...

Played an outdoor sold out show this weekend. It was awesome

Like we were the event, everyone was out for us. We played 7-11 and I thought I was going to die in the heat, but it was awesome. Check it out! Obviously that's me on the bass there. We decided to shut this band down after ten years, so this is the second to last show.

I got a legit space echo

It’s sooo weird that I literally have to buy this stuff or the government gets this money. I specifically bought this for the Davenport Brothers record I’m working on, which is shaping up just amazingly. I can’t wait to show you guys. but I’m gonna use the hell out of this thing.

Another piece I have wanted for like a decade. It has some dirty pots but actually works great, I’m soooo excited. Check it out. The real deal, actual tape echo.

What Was the Greatest Beastie Boys Album and Why?

Pauls Boutique is a revelation. And I think its one of the greatest hip Hop records of all time, but they haven’t put out a bad record man “Ill communication” is a classic, “check your head” is amazing, have you listened to “Hello Nasty” front to back? It’s unreal. Then “To the 5 boroughs” is...

Who get's the last say on mix & mastering?

If they aren’t paying you enough then why take the job? Just walk away.

Who get's the last say on mix & mastering?

The person paying the bill gets the final say.... Engineering is a service business and like it or not you are there to serve the client. So give them whatever they want, and feel free to suggest things along the way but and the end of the day it's up to them.

Where to find vocalists / songwriters?

I usually just reach out to an artist directly, but I do usually have a few tracks ready for them specifically and some idea of lyrical themes etc. This has worked the best for me. @OGBama Im a HUGE Stephen King fan, love that in your signature.
