    So its legal if you can get your hands on it. But its still illeagal to sell and distribute the stuff. I mean does that not have the potential to make it harder to arrest the smaller guys?? That interesting though, i wonder how that's going to work out for them.

    To get it to fit into the bar you either need to adjust the tempo (making sure you've got the right time signature as well) or time stretch the sample to fit your desired tempo.
