I've learned that if someone wants you to help with something or go somewhere, and you don't want to, say NO right away. If you just kind of move your head and not say anything, that person (for some weird reason) will assume that you're interested.
It's happened to me many times in my life and just the other day I said "No I'm not interested" and they continued with "well it will be fun and/or amazing". "No". 3 more times telling me how awesome it will be. Me saying again that I'm not interested. Then finally it's "well if you change your mind let me know".
No. I won't be letting you know.
