i'm sure people would add more random samples just for the money and not necissarily to add to the genuine groove of the beat.

i think u need to say "fuck loops" and make a whole new melody. if u chop a sample and try other effects and filters, u wont hafta worry bout payin anybody. if u wanna use a sample that u know ur gonna hafta pay for, sell it and give up ur rights. at least then you'll get some payment out of it.
