Found this last night... I've watched a couple other episodes, and there's some really good info concerning studio setup, speakers, sound treatment, etc. If u haven't come across this before, check it out

Never saw this before, good find! Those are nice tips about the speaker setup.

Yea, I thought so... I set up my monitors as described in the video, and I could already hear a difference in the mix after playing back some older beats. Now I just gotta put up some studio foam and I should be on the road to better mixes... and go back thru those old beats and mix them again with the new setup... Ugh... I really hate mixing... Hopefully itll be more enjoyable when im able to get better results.

Nice. I'm going to do this too and see how it turns out. I checked a few other videos but it's basically the same thing he does. Still good tips though.
