Few Questions about sequencing programs

Whats up, im running reason 3.0 right now but i wanna use sample tank and other vsts and record some vocals ect so im lookin to get a sequencing program. the questions i have is in Cubase Se can you rewire it and run reason in it? also does it have a pitch shift and timestretch feature comparable to the SX version. or would i be better off with Cakewalk or somtihng like that, im not lookin to spend lots of cash right now cuz im bout to be in college. any help from people who use Cubase, Calkwalk ect would be greatly appreciated. peace
