Vocal samples nice. Personally I’m not feeling the drum choice, needs a slapping snare and punchy kick here for me.
I would give Commons freestyle vocals more room and attention over the rest of the beat, bit distant in the mix.
Missing good bass, distortion and vocals not quit fitting overall.
Keep it up man, I have struggled at times with some freestyles. I think it’s their flow sometimes doesn’t match up consistently if you get me. My theory is they are live so may not hit perfectly which can show when remixed, like they go off ‘grid’ then back at times.

I'm a sucker for soul samples and dig this joint.
I think personally that punchier drums would take away attention from the chops of the beat. I like it as it is. Good job.
