there is still hiphop out there but what most call hiphop is actually pop and got nothing to do with the culture, hiphop is a culture,,, you rappin and actin like a clown doesnt make you hiphop even if you are earning big bucks, them dudes rappin are making pop and should be bucked or raped.

The way I see it, Hip-Hop was always a representation of one's life and culture. 50 has had that gangsta lifestyle and mindset that shines through his music for real. All these songs about lean wit it rock wit it or walk it out, that is how those groups live. that is their life on a track with a beat and a rap. Rappers like Nas and Common are doing the same thing, rapping their live's, they just happen too be levels above when it comes to lyrical talent. Just an oppinion everyone got one.
