I like the way the kick really thumps, sort of thing I could see Kool Keith on, very different style of beat. The Dr Who type synth that comes in around 1:30 sounds dope to me.

Wow thanks, Kool Keith is of course an old favorite! The synth is a Yamaha DX7 plugin

Imo it's a bit too much different sounds at once in some parts, you would have to thin these out a bit, and go on

It's actually the Arturia V Lab. I hardly never use it, I use samples almost exclusively. But here I think it fitted quite well. I'm gonna check the King of synht as well

Thanks man, appreciate that! I actually dont remember if I sampled Dr.Who since i made the beat two and a half year ago. Plus it's probably like 40 samples in total, so I can't keep track of them all.
