yo..pro-tools won't work

sup everyone..beaglin here..I'm running pro-rools 7.1 with a G5 power mac and a digi 002 and everytime I launch it it says pro-tools has quit unexpectedly...close, re-open or send an error reprt...I'm swamped at what to do...desperately need to record..can anyone help??..thanks in advance..beaglin

Is all your hardware working ok?

I have had problems like this before with Hypersonic, I have to reinstall XP.

all my hardware was cool..i work with the mpc....so i remove plugs to sample from the digi 002 then I put them back to record and it just dies on me...are there any free upgrades out there...I was thinking about erasing the program and re-installing..holla back
