what is the best program u can use to record vocals onto a track on a computer, that u can download cuz i am pretty low on funds any suggestions?????

there are a number of computer software you can use. cubase, sonar, cakewalk, samplitude, any type of sequencing software. there is even some freeware on the net that offer you sequencing but has very limited tracks and functionality.

i reread your question and you are asking about hardware but it sounds like you want software. if its hardware for computer then you need a sound card.
