Someone that has experience. A college degree just means you have knowledge of what to do. Experiece means you have applied that knowledge and learned how to use it in the work force. My brother went through hell finding a job in the computer field because he never graduated college. When he prved that he knew what he was doing the company realized he was mor ethen qualified for the position. Alot of times though, companies just want to see that you have went through college and pay no attention to what you know or think you know without that degree. It sucks but it's reality.

definitly experience. I my field anyways.(highway construction) We get these kids with their degrees and they don't know shit. Then they can't learn nuttin if it aint from a book! And most of my friends that have their degrees make the same then I make. It all depends on what you're doing I guess. But school does help. In this day and age,,,having a trade or vocational school seems to be the way to go. As a supervisor,,,I want experienced people, especially in our atmosphere,,,if you lose sight for just a second,,,you're roadkill!
