I already have my own personal feelings on this topic, but I just would like to how some of you cats here at Illmuzik feel about it?

Rumor has it that Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson may take the stand and testify in the trial of Murder Inc. Records. The 50 Cent vs. Murder Inc. saga has been well documented from the fights, the stabbings, to the shooting. It is no secret that 50 has eluded to the fact that Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff was behind his shooting and other comments suggest that "Supreme" may have had something to do with the murder of 50 Cent's mother. The "snitch" tag was pinned on 50 after he name dropped on some og's and elaborating on some of their dirt on wax for the whole world to hear (including the "Hip Hop" cops).

If this rumor is true, does it make him a snitch or (G-U)not?

Hmmm, good question. This one makes me think because I never go to the police. But, if my mom was murdered and I knew who did it but couldn't get to them to kill them myself, I would have to handle it someway.

Now, I did hear something about 50 exploiting the fact that Murder Inc. was laundering Drug money (don't know if this all falls under the giving of Supreme's name to the police but..).. If he did something like that, that's a snitch move. Then again, I think it could be one of them situations that has been beaten to death and bloan out of proportion. 50 don't seem like a snitch but from him gaining his success and his whole start with aftermath. I see that he will do what ever it takes to knock off anyone in his path of success, so who knows. I really don't know too much about this whole situation myself so I may have been a little off.

i think snitching would be pretty dangerous in it's own right. not to mention it would fuck up his street cred. but then again commiting murder to avenge his mothers death would be most likely more dangerous. If he thinks murder inc is behind his mothers death then he's probably not thinking clearly so who knows which direction he'll go. like ex said i don't know much about this but i think there are possibilities where calling the cops is the best thing to do. if someone chooses to wrong you and you survive then it's noble to personally get them back.. although with so many people out there that don't think about their future why should you let them dictate what risks you will take. but then were talking about his mom. if someone killed my mom i don't think i could live with myself if i didn't kill them. Especially if my moms murder was directly related to me! Infact i'd most likely lose my mind and callign the cops would not be in the game plan.

50's mom used to move weight in Southside Queens. She was killed over an incident concerning that matter. The next biggest name at the time was supreme or atleast his click. That's were this all started.

I'm not sayin' Murder Inc did, but the dude that they're closely affiliated with by the name of Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff "alledgedly" did. I believe 50 was like 9 or 10 when his old earth died "under mysterious circumstances." If you go see "Get Rich or Die Tryin'," which is loosely based on his life, it will help you to understand the scenario a little better. Coincidentally, I saw it at a premier last night. It was "Juice," "New Jack City," and "Hustle and Flow" all rolled into one. 50 was alright (he was playing himself like Em in 8 Mile) in it but Terrence Howard did his thing.

I think you got the story twisted. The feds "alledgedly" approached fiddy on numerous occasions to make a statement in regards to Supreme "alledgedly" being behind his attempted murder. He has declined to cooperate everytime. However, when they approached him about the execution of Jam Master Jay, he gave a statement.

On another note (in reference to your statement about what the Inc. and how they made their money) 50 was gettin' money on the street. As a matter of fact I got a cousin (big up Killer B!) who is doin' a 12 year bid on Rikers and he knows Curtis. He told me that Curtis was doin' his thing on the street and that the real reason 50 got shot up was because him his boys was runnin' up in "peoples" stash houses and robbin' niggaz of their stacks. Maybe that's why many men wished death upon him.
