VST Maker... Any Such Thing?

i'm looking for a vst maker, not vsti for synths or anything but an effect vst

i don't know any programming languages, so i'm looking for something with an easy interface or something that can be learned easily. did a few searches on google but havn't found anything. any one know of any utility i can use to do this?

nevermind i found something called "SynthMaker" that can make effects vst. but if someone knows something better then please share the knowledge

Yeah, I think synthmaker will do the job. Just out of curiousity; what are you thinking of making that doesn't already exist? Cause there's a shitload of VSts already out there.
