Does anybody know a program or method that can do that smart stopping sound when u stop a record.

sample the real thing, then edit it, you may have to try a few times, or the triton and varies other sample cds have something like that. Since you said program I assume you got software, but if you got a sampler in that software, you can do it that way.

Cool edit can do it (i think), it's an effect using the pitch
