Awesome, I'm glad to hear that they are coming back. Tribe was one of my top groups. I don't expect much from the mainstream because we all know how reunions go but the ones who loved their style will be there for them I'm sure.

hmmmm yeah, i remember being excited when amplified came out..... until i understood what it meant for him to be amplified. i hate to say it, but this is one group i hope does "more of the same" instead of droppin somethin brand new. i say get the soulquarians, hi tek, and 9th wonder to handle the production..... which of course wont happen. i really am expecting more "vivrant thing" than "check the rhyme"....

A tribe release is exactly what hip hop needs right now. Too bad the people caught up in all that other bullshit wont fell it or understand it. But if the crew wants a strong and impressionable come back it MUST be perfect. It has to be on eo those albums that flips the script and changes the direction in which rap is headed. Could it save the game? we will have to see.

I agree - but i really beg to differ that its going to sound exactly tha same as tha old classic stuff everyone expects....it'l still sound like tribe but i bet it wont be mindblowing or anything like that, but no matter ill still cop one when it drops since im a fan.

From my understanding, one of the reasons for splitting was Phife didn't wanna go the same route Q-Tip wanted to, so hearing that they are back together, I can only assume that Q-Tip hasn't got his way as PHife then would've backed out...though I doubt it will be like the old Tribe but hope that it will the old Tribe in a new package...like De La Soul, they're still doing they thing, they just updated themselves.
