Tips to make a Korg Triton LE sound better?

its been awhile since I had that board or the triton extreme, there a ton of ways to do it....its a synth....so you have all of the sound shaping at your fingertips, basically you need to start messing around with the stock sounds then tweak the knobs and save it as your own sound then layer and mess with the lfo's and waveforms....thats all I know, also there used to be I oun know if its still there or if there is as many free programs...irishacts.com and there might only be a few for the triton LE but there are a bunch for the classic Triton and the extreme....dont believe the hype that board and the classic triton still got a lot of potential if tweaked I know some cats that make that board sound like any of the other boards or better by tweaking, its a synth...the sky is the limit on what you can do even if its got its own distinct sound engine you can get around it...

well there is only so much tweaking you can do ith that thing if you are in sequencer mode, since the sounds are all stripped, thugh yu can save yur own sounds to sequence- but again, one insert effect TOTAL is pretty limiting when thats the thing basically makes the sound what it is in program mode...
now, if you spend your time teaking patches in program mode and messin with combi's... ok, then you have a better prduct imo.
likewise, it depends n hat kinds of sounds you gravitate towards.....
i dunno, i had one for about a year and hated every miserable second of that thing. it did have its strengths (beautiful synth pads for one) but really.... my personal vie is that that board is very mediocre.
YES you can tweak it to make it btter.... that is if you are reasonably adept at programming....and if you were to add great mixing consoles and a rack of outboard effects, you would then have a much greater synth...
i honestly would suggest slling and copping a motif classic r fantom xa, or even the juno d..... all of which (in my view) are better boards in every aspect, except perhaps the moss board on the triton which is optional anyways....
