How do you change the timeing format on sonar 4 cause it gets annoying when i try to put loops in the right place and ish. Just need to know how to change it to where I can move the loops/vocals/etc. in the track freely without it adjusting to the timeing thing. Thanks.

I had that problem for the longest time, it was the only thing I didn't like about Sonar! Anyway to do this, you'll see the Tools over at the top of your tracks on the left side.
-Click on the >> and it shows some options.
-Click "Snap to Grid options", a popup box opens.
-Choose "Events" and you can either check off "Snap to Audio Zero Crossings" or not, it's up to you.
That's it! I was wondering why Cakewalk didn't leave this feature like this rather that snap it by Whole, which is how they had it. That's one of the features I really liked about Pro Audio.
