Well here it is the report of my first week at this school,
First of all let me list what kind of equipement we have in the labs i been too....
LabA
akai s950
Roland jp8000
Kurweil k2000
Yamaha sm950c
Emu Proteus
all the pro tools and recording labs i didint hav a chance to go and check everything out....

As far as classes here is what i am takin.....
1-Musical industry
2-Sound recording techniques
3-Synthesis application
4-Sampling application
5-Midi language
and thats the classes i am takin in this first semester!
As far as teacher wise....they are really good and have a lots of knowledge about what they teach and the music industry......
Only thing is that my government loan didnt pass.....that mean i gotta start hustlin hard on the week ends man i wanted to stop oh well .....
The first day of school i got into an argument with the Student director for some bullshit and almost got physical!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to my good temper i am better than him but i would have kicked his stuck up ass so baaaaaadddddd
Anyhow thats it for now....more details next week or sooo

Stra, which school is it? MusiTechnic? Trebas? I applied at Trebas a few years ago but didn't follow through with it (stupid decision...it's a LONG story) but my money would be on Trebas since they've been around for a long time.

Glad you're liking it though.

I'm thinking about going to MusiTechnic or Trebas. Two things hold me back, the money and the fact that I don't want "learn" what I already know... I should learn much in the sound recording and in the synthesis class tho.
These class are in french right?

im bout to start classes at a similar school here in manhatten, just had the orintation yeasterday...
i was 1hour late for a 2hour orentation, and under the influence, so i didnt realy grab evrything they where throwing at me but it seems like all the classes will be dope (no useless waist of time classes)
