Ugh. It's really ridiculous. First of all, why are there a gazillion cops there for one guy? He's not the Terminator.

I saw an episode of Cops once where they tasered the guy in the back even though he stopped running and had his hands up. Everyone hates the police.

Sad thing is that the cops who shot him will get a 2-3 month suspension at the very worst, and then just continue on like nothing happened...
