I'm using Sonar as the host and FL as the client and with my Trilogy bass I'm getting latency with the notes being about a quarter note off. I'm not sure why though, the other instruments sound fine, it's just this one. Any help? It would be cool if I could get an answer ASAP cuz I was gonna use this beat for the Beat This! comp. Thanks in advance.

Thats strange, maybe the Trilogy Bass is more CPU intensive therefore its its causing some latency issues?......

I often rewire Live to Reason and ive never experienced latency problems, but theres certain things to be considered in each case since every computer is different.

Whats yer CPU speed?
How much RAM do u have?
What kind of soundcard are u using?....Is the buffer adjusted for optimal performance?

I use FL 5 as a Rewire client in Sonar 4. I usually don't have an issue with latency but sometimes I have to restart the application when it happens. I agree that it may be CPU issues. The other way could get around this is to bounce your Tilogy bass (i'm not too familiar with that) to a wav file if the instrument is too CPU intensive.

if its only the trilogy you want. why not just create a midi track and record trilogy in that
