So I've set up the basic remote override settings on a few buttons, using the MPK to control the Record, Play, Stop, Rewind, Fast Forward, Tempo, Click and Precount. Only problem is, when I open up a new project then the override settings are gone. Anybody know if there's a way to save these settings so that every time I open a new project the buttons are still mapped on my MPK?

ya, save it in your default template (let me know if yo don't know how to do that) but yo, get reason 4.01, if you have the reg copy you can just dl off propellerheads website. it has a dope ass configuration for the mpk. every fader controls a different parameter for every instrument that you click on. its definitely worth it, and additionally you won't have to worry about overridding everything.
Yeah man, that demo loads in place of your own template like elements said...You gotta go into your prefs and choose your own template after u make one.
ie. A template is just a empty rack of some sort set up the way u like to start working in reason with no data written in the arrange window yet.
[+] After u make your template save it somewhere in the Reason folder or make a folder for templates in the reason folder and save it in there.
[+] Then go back into Reasons prefs and choose the temp u just made. Now u should not see the demo and instead Reason will load your template every time.

ya, what shonsteez said. and to improve your wokrflow tremendously jsut drop in an nnxt in there with the smaple bay open, route all the outs to a mixer, maybe attach a reverb to that mixer, iand SAVE as default. idk the possilbilities are endless. if your still working w/ redrum i suggest you switch over to the nnxt, it's worlds better.
