whattup fam,
I've got a decent litttle PC based setup and now want to have the abilty to record vocals and as close to proffesional levels as possible.
I've heard many different things about different compressors or software etc. that should be used but I haven't seem to find a definite solution.
Obviously. I'mma need a decent microphone. I heard there is an industry standard one made by Shure.
Some software to record it into - Cool Edit, Cubase, Pro Tools etc. Are they all as good as each other.
What else do I need/need to know y'all?
