Piano = dispiline. You can always get lucky and hit a few half court shots even tho u never practice basketball, but to keep it real playing piano isnt luck, true talent. There's no sugar coating a good piano player. You cant play for 5 hours one day and not play for 2 days, cause u felt u put 2 days of work in one day. It dont work like that. It's not a secret. The best way to learn your way around a piano is to constantly be in front of one. Here's one of the piano drill's i do everyday. 2-3 times a day. For a constant reminder.
Use your left hand and go up the major scales in starting with C ovtave. C.D.E,F, ect... when u get to the next C reverse. Then go to C# scale, then to D scale and ect..., until you get to the B major scale. Then go back from B major scale to, A# scale, to A scale, to G# scale, ect... After you completed the left hand, do the right hand, after the right, do both hand consecutive together in octaves. Do that for 3-4 days 2-3 times a day at least. Then learn the minor scales. As long your alive you should do these drill's, no matter how good you get. Stay humble and focused.
