note spelling in fl stu 6

yeah when I'm note spelling in fl studio 6 and also sequencing w/ the playlist how do I make it so I my patterns snap directly into place? The new way of sequencing is cool cause it allows for more swing but it's hard to get it all to loop correctly. (the playlist in particulay)

How do I turn this on and off at will
