hey i know its been awhile but im doing the piano lesson coures and im having trouble with modes. how would you play a c# mode?

Well theres 7 different modes for each scale.
I dont know if you are aware but modes of say Db, all have the same notes within the scale, but the starting and ending point of each mode is what differs.
The 7 different modes are as follows, ill use the key of C major as an example because its simpler:
Ionian - CDEFGABC
Dorian - DEFGABCD
Phyrgian - EFGABCDE
Lydian - FGABCDEF
Mixolydian - GABCDEF
Aeolian - ABCDEFGA
Locrian - BCDEFGAB
Notice the pattern? Just apply that for the rest of the scales.
