duhhh, hypersampling is a kid that only knows 1 word, eats some chocolate and repeats that word 50 kazillion times in under a minute. You obviously don't have kids!

hypersampling is the word they use to describe the playing technique used in the video. So basically, it's a performance, not a function. =)

I think whoever wrote that article was trying a little too hard, lol...especially when referring to making music using samples as a "monome". A monomer is one that takes small pieces and makes a whole with them.

So thats what it is you big monome you!
