Manager Contracts

Hello. I need to make a contract with a manager. I'm not good at it, so thought anyone of you would help me out?
It should be about like.. You'll start for a month trial or so, and then you'll get paid when I realese my album. You'll get about 25%.
Serious, I'm not good at this. Anyone help me out, I don't even know what else a contract needs.
