Greetings,

I am new to this whole music thing. I am considering purchasing the MK-461C keyboard, but I have a few questions.

1. Is the M-Audio MK-461C MIDI keyboard a suitable piece of equipment for one who wishes to learn piano? I would later like to develop electronic music.

2. Does the keyboard come with the three pedals like on a real piano? If not, do you know where I might aquire some?

Look for a yamaha clavinova on ebay or something...electronic piano with weighted keys and midi I/O/T.

Personaly, the best of keys I ever played on were on the Juno106 when thinking of a non piano like controller.

that mk-461 will not come with any pedals i believe. on the back it has a sustain input where you can hook up a single pedal. for learning piano, hmmm i dont know, but its a great controller for music production. personally i would need more than 61 keys, but this is a good starter.
