M-Audio Delta 44

Whats up guys I am soon going to be purchasing a soundcard for my pc....I was wondering thoe which M-audio soundcard that supports Pro-Tools M-powered is the best PCI soundcard and how low is the latency or how low do sum of you guys your Latency.I want to purchase the Delta 44 because All I have to input to my computer is my mic and my turntable and I will be using Pro Tools M-powered and FL 7 with and Mpd24....? All I want to know is how low is the latency or how low can I get the latency in FL and how is the sound quality? Thanx in advance to everyone that replys...

I have the Delta 44, and it is a great soundcard.
My latency in Cubase SX 3 is around 6ms, with my Korg TR hooked up.
The sound is great, and u can adjust the input and output of the sound card to -10dBV, Consumer or +4dBV, so theres plenty of headroom if u want it.
The drivers are cool, no problems.
