lol that may be true. But we all know that these days talent is only one of many things needed to be succesfull in the music bussiness.

You gotta have work ethic ,connections and money. Lil john had to hustle to get where he is today. See most people only know lil john in the past year. I remerber when he used to come down to tampa and hand out flyers and sell CD's out the back of his car in 96-97. Look at him now!!!

He worked hard to get where he is at and i give him nothing but props

Damn, why all the Lil John hate? His shit is hot, people just get mad cause oranges don't taste like apples. If you don't like crunk music the you prolly won't like LIL John. You can't listen too him and expect to hear DJ premier or some shit.

well i just saw the clip and i dnt care what anyone says if hes got that far summone must like him and its good i mean he uses the same style beat but then he can say thats his trademark thats his personal style and if it sounds good for usher and his crew and if it sounds good for whoever else wants to mc or sing ova his beat then the dude has to have some clout .... i like it

Ya'll need to get past the songs you hear from Lil John on the radio, and listen to some album cuts, there were songs on the Ying Yang previous albums, bone crusher, Pastor troy, T.I. etc. that had some tight different sounding stuff than what you hear regularly

Ok Lil John gets some props from me....he has a signature sound and he does not only make those 808 Krunk beats....I can't hate, he does what he does and the thing is you must respect his Grind, I know Lil John has been doing his thing For a LOoooong time B4 arriving on the Scene down in the ATL and other places..........I put him in the Production arena with Timbo....he has a prevalent pattern and sound that he duplicates, that you instantly recognize he has touched........Production is Production Man bottom line good or bad, I think this cat has some knowledge of other production than what you just hear also do a lil diggin and find out......main thing is about Lil John.....his shidd is Funky and maybe a lil too funky for some ears....Just like George Clinton Back in tha day....LOL

i figure, why hate on him? As long as you doin what you feel inside you shouldn't be upset about what he does. Have confidence in your own ish!
